A withdrawal may be cancelled if:

8. Prohibited Activities

1. Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under one person.
2. Bonus Abuse: Placing artificial bets to claim bonuses or betting through another person's account.
3. Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
4. Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Attempting to breach the site's security systems.
5. Third-party software: Using bots, automation tools, or unauthorised software to gain a betting advantage.
6. Using another person's information: Operating an account using another person's identity.
7. False Information: Submitting false or fraudulent documents during registration or the KYC process.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Omega888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violating these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• If KYC verification fails or fraudulent documents are submitted.
